Cancellation Policy
Policy description Advance booking is required at least 3 working days before the tour and is subject to availability and route confirmation. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the tour date. Free cancellation is available at least 7 days before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour may be subject to a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. Late arrival may reduce the tour duration without a refund. Routes and stops may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, road closures, or local conditions.
